“I’m not an observant Jew. I go to services, I pray, but I don't really believe. I don’t think Judaism is my faith so much as my religion. I don’t think the faith part is as important.”

“Why do you still go to the services?”

“I like the melodies. I like the way it sounds. I grew up with it, and some of the poetry is really nice. I’m taking Hebrew because I’m going abroad next year, and one of the countries I’m considering is Israel.”
