Fifth time’s the charm for actress and singer Jennifer Lopez, who revealed her engagement to Alex Rodriguez with a simple post on Instagram this past weekend. The two had posted the same scenic photo with assumedly Lopez’s hand adorned with an extravagant diamond engagement ring, estimated to cost between $1 million and $5 million.

“She said yes,” former New York Yankees star Rodriguez captioned the photo on his Instagram. Lopez captioned her coordinating post with eight hearts. The engagement took place during a tropical vacation getaway.

The two rocketed to power couple status during their two-year relationship, which began February 2017. They have remained relatively private compared to her previous relationships, yet they still document cute moments on their Instagrams and attend public events such as the Met Gala together. Rodriguez has even kept a signed poster of Lopez from almost 20 years ago, which he posted on his Instagram in October.

“#TBT to almost 20 years ago when a big time global pop superstar signed a pic for a young ball player,” Rodriguez captioned the photo, which shows Lopez had signed it “To Alex. With love.”

This is Lopez’s fifth time being engaged, as well as her fourth marriage since her divorce from singer Marc Anthony in 2014. This will be Rodriguez’s second marriage, “who has been divorced since 2008,” according to CNN. Although Lopez’s previous partners also included husbands Ojani Noa and Cris Judd, as well as fiancé Ben Affleck, the star feels that her current relationship is different and built to last.

Along with their complementing goals and lifestyles, Lopez and Rodriguez have managed to bring their lives and families together with their respective children from previous relationships. Lopez has 11-year-old twins Emme and Max from her marriage to Anthony, and Rodriguez has 14-year-old Natasha and 10-year-old Ella from his marriage to Cynthia Scurtis.

In an interview with Vanity Fair in 2017, Lopez described her romance with Rodriguez as the first “good relationship” she’s ever been in, which she attributes to the timing of meeting each other in their 40’s and their support for each other’s endeavors.

“I feel like I can say that for the first time—I don’t know—maybe ever,” Lopez said. “...this is the first relationship I’ve been where I feel like we really make each other better. We complement each other, and there’s really pure, true love... we had to grow and discover ourselves first... we both had ups and downs and challenges in our 30s, and by our 40s we’d both been through so much. And more than anything, we had done a lot of work on ourselves.”
