The UConn women’s soccer team has not scored in the 363:14 of play that made up its last four games. In that time, they have given up nine goals. UConn switched things up from kickoff, as forward Duda Santin found her way on the bench as Regan Schiappa and Yamilee Evillard got starting nods. Santin still led the team in shots, though, with six total and two on goal.
Losers of five straight and with just four games remaining in the season, the UConn Huskies (1-7, 0-4 American) have a chance to build momentum for the home stretch against Tulsa (1-7, 0-4 American) this Saturday.

With a game-winning goal from birthday boy Niko Petridis, the Huskies got their payback while earning three crucial conference points in the process.
