Stephon Castle:
In the last week, Castle has dominated the court. In the San Antonio Spurs’ 125-129 loss to the Golden State Warriors on Nov. 12, the guard posted his first career triple-double.
On that same night, teammate Victor Wembanyama also secured a triple-double: The first time in the franchise’s history that two players recorded a triple-double in the same game.
Within 31 minutes, the former Husky registered 23 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists. The 21-year-old thrived from the field, as he cashed in nine of 13 (69.2%) two-pointers and converted five of seven (71.4%) free throws. When it comes to banking shots from beyond the arc, Castle missed all three of his attempts.
After Wednesday’s stellar performance, the Georgia native achieved another milestone. Castle joined Lebron James and Magic Johnson as the only sophomores in NBA history with 175-plus points, 50-plus assists, 50-plus boards, 20-plus steals and two-plus blocks in their teams’ first 10 matches.
Currently, the star player leads the Spurs with 7.5 assists, nearly two steals and sits behind Wembanyama and De’Aaron Fox with just over 17 points per clash.
The Spurs will host the Atlanta Hawks tonight at 8 p.m. on NBA TV.
Donovan Clingan:
Similar to Castle, Clingan continues to make his presence known on the court. In the Portland Trail Blazers’ 138-133 overtime loss to the Dallas Mavericks on Sunday, the center dropped a double-double.
Within 28 minutes, the former Husky contributed 16 points, 11 rebounds, two assists and two blocks. By the end of the night, the Connecticut native splashed four of five (80%) shots from within the paint and knocked down two of six (33.3%) three-pointers.
Defensively, Clingan became one of the best rim protectors last Wednesday. With almost nine points saved per 100 possessions, not much is stopping the 21-year-old from denying potential buckets.
So far, the center tops the franchise with slightly over nine boards and about 1.5 blocks per meeting.
The Trail Blazers welcomed the Chicago Bulls late last night and will travel to face the Warriors on Friday. Fans can stream the match on NBC Sports Bay Area or on KUNP 16, with tipoff scheduled for 10 p.m.
Cam Spencer:
For the first time in Spencer’s two-year career with the Memphis Grizzlies, the 25-year-old battled against his former teammate, Castle, on Tuesday.
In the team’s 111-101 fall to the Spurs, the guard, once again, did not disappoint. Within 24 minutes, the former Husky accumulated 15 points, two boards and three assists.
From within the arc, the Maryland native went three-for-three and nailed three of seven (43%) shots from downtown. For the bench player, this was the third-most points scored amongst the squad.
On average, the 25-year-old finishes with a little over nine points, two rebounds and three assists per game.
The Grizzlies will fly to clash with the Sacramento Kings tonight at 8 p.m. on NBC Sports California.
Liam McNeeley:
For the second straight week, McNeeley has not only increased his minutes but also has seen an uptick in production.
In the Charlotte Hornets’ 121-111 defeat to the Los Angeles Lakers, the 20-year-old notched 18 minutes and provided seven points, a board and a block.
Offensively, the Texas native sniped one of three (33.3%) shots from deep and one of four (25%) field goals. Additionally, the former Husky converted a pair of free throws.
With that being said, as the 2025-2026 season goes on, seeing McNeeley take the court more often should come as no surprise.
After playing the Indiana Pacers yesterday, the Hornets will take a two-day break before hosting the Los Angeles Clippers on Saturday. The tipoff is scheduled for 1 p.m. on FanDuel Sports Network SoCal and FanDuel Sports Network Southeast.

Jordan Hawkins:
For the first time in the New Orleans Pelicans’ 2025-2026 campaign, Hawkins racked up 10-plus points.
Within 25 minutes, versus the Oklahoma City Thunder on Monday, the 23-year-old registered 11 points, two boards and six assists.
From short distance, the former Husky buried five of six (83.3%) shots but struggled from beyond the arc as he only made one of five (20%) tries from downtown.
As of now, the Maryland native averages 4.5 points, nearly two rebounds and slightly over one assist per contest.
The Pelicans faced the Denver Nuggets yesterday and will battle the Mavericks on the road tomorrow. Tipoff is scheduled for 8 p.m. on Altitude Sports and Gulf Coast Sports.
Andre Jackson Jr.:
For the first time in seven days, Jackson Jr. not only took the court but also played in back-to-back matchups for the Milwaukee Bucks. However, the third-year player has yet to score a point.
Between the Bucks’ pair of losses to the Hornets and Lakers, the 24-year-old misfired on his only shot attempt from the three-point line. But the former Husky snagged a board and dished out four assists.
The Bucks kick off a three-game stretch on the road tonight against the Philadelphia 76ers at 8 p.m. on NBC Sports Philadelphia Plus.
Tristen Newton:
In the last week, Newton returned to the Minnesota Timberwolves G League team, the Iowa Wolves, and has showcased a dominant performance.
So far, the 24-year-old has recorded 25 points, nearly four rebounds and just over 8.5 assists per meeting.
In the squad’s 130-123 win over the Cleveland Chargers on Nov. 8, the former Husky led the team with 35 points, six boards and three assists.
Within 36 minutes, the guard was limitless from all ranges. From the field, Newton cashed in 12 of 22 (54.6%) two-pointers and landed nine of 14 (64.3%) threes.
The Wolves will host the Windy City Bulls tonight at 7:30 p.m. on ESPN+.
