As for the bullpen, Hope Jenkins finished the battle, striking out two Blue Demons and giving up three hits, two runs and two earned runs.

Compared to DePaul, two players posted multiple hits. Leading the Big East rivals, Baylee Cosgrove nailed three hits, one run and two walks in three at-bats. Trailing behind her, Carly Alvers accumulated two hits, a run and an RBI in five at-bats.
