What Makes a Strong Tip?
A strong tip should clearly describe a specific issue or problem or even a campus event that you think is worthy of coverage. It’s important to be detailed and specific. Additionally, the tip should be newsworthy—while your roommate’s electronic theft might be unfair, it wouldn’t merit a news story.
We regularly review submitted tips but cannot guarantee an individual response to each one.
