Dear Editor,
As a UConn alum and a lifetime member of the UConn Co-op bookstore, I was dismayed to see that the web page for B&N, Storrs Center, is festooned with photos of memorable, well-attended events. The problem is that none of the depicted events are B&N events. Each and every one of them was brought to the campus and community by B&N’s predecessor, the UConn Co-op Bookstore. It is long past time that B&N stops the shameful and dishonest practice of trading on the good will earned by the Co-op. Take the Photos down.
