Whether you’re in love, looking for love, are perfectly happy being single or anything in between, it’s no coincidence Valentine’s Day falls on a Thursday this year. It’s like Cupid wants us to be drunk. So here are a few drinks to get you in the mood, whatever mood that may be (we won’t judge).

Berry Kiss milkshake

Ingredients:

1 cup of whole milk

1 scoop of strawberry ice cream

1 shot of vodka

½ cup of Bailey’s Irish Cream

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve in mason jars or milkshake glasses and add one more scoop of strawberry ice cream for thickness. Garnish with whipped cream, strawberries and chocolate shavings.

Georgia Peach float

Ingredients:

4 oz. of IZZE Sparkling Peach Juice or other soda of choice

2 oz. of peach puree (blended peaches)

1 ½ oz. vodka

3 scoops of ice cream

Combine soda, puree and vodka in cocktail shaker. Stir and pour into a large glass with the three scoops of ice cream. Sprinkle top of float with sea salt to enhance the sweet flavors and garnish with basil and a slice of peach.

Raspberry Embrace

Ingredients:

2 oz. raspberry lemonade

1 ½ oz. vodka

½ oz. raspberry liqueur

½ oz. simple syrup

Shake all ingredients well in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Strain the drink into a glass filled with crushed ice and rimmed with red sugar. Garnish with a fresh raspberry and heart-shaped candy.

Strawberry Crush

Ingredients:

Crushed strawberries

Basil leaves

1 oz. Stoli Strawberry Vodka

1 oz. lemonade

Crush strawberries in a glass. Add three basil leaves, the vodka and lemonade. Stir and add ice. Garnish with more basil. Dip the rim of the glass in sugar or salt if you’re looking for an extra note of flavor.

Whatever you choose to drink and however you choose to spend Valentine’s Day, please celebrate and enjoy responsibly.
