Many turn to horoscopes during times of uncertainty for direction from the planets to see which path to take next. During these unprecedented times, this guidance is needed now more than ever. With officials telling us these next two weeks are considered the “peak” for coronavirus cases, now is the time to bunker down and become intimate with our emotions and energies while stuck in our homes. Here are your weekly horoscopes to guide you through it:

Aries

Happy birthday month, Aries! Although you may be bummed about spending your birthday bash inside, make sure to keep in mind that although you may be apart from your friends and loved ones, you are not alone. Make sure to stay in tune with relationships during this time: Use FaceTime to catch up or interact with people on social media. Although you may already feel a pull, try and keep up your communication skills. You may even spark up a fling along the way!

Taurus

Stop and think when making any big decisions this week. Considering the full moon was on April 7, this may mean you are winding down after some sporadic emotions. Keep in mind now is the time to alter your ways of communication. Although this means change, you may find a helping hand along the way. You’re not alone.

Gemini

Hey, Geminis! We all know there’s no calm in your fire, and we’re all counting on you to keep the party going even at a distance. However, keep tabs on relationships on where you’re giving more than you’re receiving. Also, this is the week to try and mix up your work and try something new. Keep that determination going until you’re satisfied!

Cancer

When the memes roll in about “introverts are the only ones not complaining about self-quarantining,” you chuckle only halfway. Context matters! Although Cancers may be content hiding inside on a rainy day, you may be struggling with the shift to staying indoors indefinitely. Take each day one at a time, and try and find creative outlets to distract you from the negative. Current hardships will become future triumphs.

Leo

Leos, you already know how powerful you are. With social distancing and the disconnect in the world, Leos know now is a perfect time to get intimate with yourself and fine-tune your intentions in life. Sort out some thoughts, create a side hustle, get creative; whatever you’re feeling! This self-love will affirm you as well as pay off in the long-run with work and relationships.

Virgo

I know you, Virgo. You’re obsessed with order and structure, taking little steps every day toward the future. Many make fun of you for this state of mind, but now it is time for them to learn their lesson! Okay, not really. During this time of chaos, Virgo, many may need a helping hand to adjust. By practicing acceptance of others and helping them learn your ways, you will be rewarded. Schedule virtual dates with a friend or loved one, or encourage others to do as you do. Your own projects may move a bit slower, but there’s no rush anyway.

Libra

Hey, Libra. You may have been finding random sparks of energy these past few days. One day you might feel like rearranging your entire living room and the next you might never leave your bed and decide to binge-watch the entire season of “Love Is Blind.” That’s okay! This week, you may want to splurge to decorate your living space. However, make sure to indulge wisely. Now is the time to take note of the excess you have, whether it be clutter or relationships.

Scorpio

Hey Scorpio! You’ve been in your feels recently: Being cooped up in your house really tunes you in to your emotional intelligence. However, don’t burn the candle at both ends and then be surprised when the flame burns out. Put down the Frank Ocean and sort through any negative emotions or grudges you’re keeping. That one Tinder date you haven’t talked to because you believed they slighted you? Maybe you’ll rekindle a platonic or erotic flame you previously threw out. By the way, don’t worry about those crazy dreams or getting super horny. It’s pretty normal.

Sagittarius

I know being stuck inside sucks. Many turn to you for your adventurous optimism. Use this time for self-discovery because we all know you’re normally more preoccupied on which adrenaline-releasing endeavor is next on your to-do list. Use that previous energy for whatever you need during this time and others may follow. If you follow through with this self-caring, independent energy, you may come out on top after this week is over.

Capricorn

You may feel miserable being pent up right now. However, use this time as an opportunity to patch up some holes in your to-do list. Focus on what you’ve learned in the past in order to improve in the future. However, don’t be hard on yourself; everyone works through this at a different pace. If you feel the need to excel at something right now, excel at being a great friend.

Aquarius

Having trouble keeping your mind off things? Although you may feel the need to keep up on the news 24/7, this definitely is not the best thing you could be doing for your psyche right now. Put down whatever is trending on Twitter and use this time to ground yourself by catching up with friends. You’ll thank me later.

Pisces

Many people have been giving you pretty useful, unsolicited advice lately, which makes you want to revolt just to spite them. This week, find things to help your emotional and intimate side however you deem fit. This may mean connecting with yourself by connecting with others over FaceTime, or finding a new art project or book to read. Do what seems right for you and don’t let others dim your expression.
