WHUS’ annual Mischief After Dark concert is being held tomorrow at the Student Union Ballroom, with the concert starting at 5 p.m.
The event has free admission as long as students bring their student ID with them.
“The show will feature live bands, Ovlov, based out of Newtown CT, and Whisper Doll, based out of Brooklyn, NY,” according to a press release from WHUS.
Doors will open at 4:30 p.m. with Whisper Doll starting off the concert, according to the press release. Ovlov will play at 6:30 p.m.
Marli Miller, the promotions director at WHUS and a seventh-semester English and communications major, said there will be merch available at the concert.
“At this event, we’ll be giving out posters and just more information on how to get involved at WHUS and some [WHUS] merch,” she said.
According to Miller, there will also be a costume contest at the event.
“It’s just a good way to hang out with people on campus, hang out with your friends,” she said.
Ovlov is a popular band locally, she said.
“I think that a lot of people on campus would know and enjoy these bands, so I’m hoping we get a pretty decent crowd,” Miller said.
According to Miller, WHUS has been working on the event since the summer and is very excited.
